This leading management consultancy based in the City of London is looking for a HRBP to join the firm. Working within a key practice area for the business your role will report to a Senior HRBP and see you responsible for talent and succession planning, talent management and talent development for a population of just under 400. Operating under a matrix structure this role will see you supporting the UK and other offices globally, driving the people agenda through your population along with other members of the HR team and CoE's.
Working as a trusted advisor to the business you will partner with practice leaders to provide counsel, assistance, and problem-resolution services to employees at all levels, guided by company policies and relevant employment legislation, managing risk for the firm. Along with core projects you will also be responsible for all cyclical activity for your groups including annual salary and bonus reviews and all performance management.
The business is looking for a candidate already working at this level and looking for a fresh challenge. A fast paced and dynamic environment this role would suit a candidate coming from either professional services or financial services. You will have had some EMEA exposure ideally and worked for a large organisation.
