About the Company
Our client is a leading education group that provides enrichment programmes with branches across Singapore. Excellent work culture and supportive management.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions for the business except for recruitment (as the company has a Talent Acquisition team overseeing all the hiring needs). Your portfolio includes both operations and business partnering (strategic).
The Successful Applicant
You should be an all-rounder with 10-20 years of experience in HR. You should be happy to straddle the broad spectrum of HR, from operational responsibilities to business partnering duties such as salary benchmarking, employee engagement, employee relations and streamlining HR policies.
You will be a true Business Partner and someone who takes pride in working independently. Key to your success will be your proactive attitude, ability to communicate well across levels, flexibility and your ability to initiate. Ideally, you will have experience in a small to medium-sized organization where an array of 'off-the-shelf' solutions are unavailable. Being solution-oriented is key.
Essential: Strong experience in L&D and has conducted classroom training (as this role requires you to conduct training). It will be a plus if you come with experience in designing content (for soft skills and leadership). Compensation and benefits experience would be another must-have (done before salary benchmarking).
