I am thrilled to be partnering with a global financial services firm urgently seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner on an 8-month parental leave cover. Based in either Sydney or Melbourne, you will join this well regarded and high performing HR team to support your dedicated stakeholder group through the HR lifecycle.
About the role
This role will offer a healthy blend of strategic and operational support Nationally, building solid relationships with key stakeholders, supporting them across the full HR remit but more specifically within talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, reward, and employee relations. You will work closely with leaders across Australia offering insights and data to influence and drive change agendas and better engage these stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum 5 years' experience within a Generalist capacity, ideally from a similar financial services firm. You will also have proven experience offering commercially astute advice to stakeholders across compensation, talent management and organisational design. You will have an in-depth knowledge of talent management and performance management processes. You will be highly commercial, able to influence and drive initiatives and create a narrative for managers to bring them on the company's HR journey.
