I am working with an exciting and innovative client that is driving new technology and solutions for energy markets. They are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support head office functions in Manchester and London.
Reporting to the HR Director, this position will have responsibility for business partnering a head office function in Manchester and a project team in London. Working closely with the COE and HR Operations you will support Business Leaders from a strategic perspective to increase people capability and drive business performance. This will include performance management, culture and talent/leadership development, reward, HR transformation and employee engagement in addition to ensuring that all policies and procedures are being adhered to. You will also work very closely with the HRD for Group led projects and programmes.
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner and likely to have worked within a similar environment supporting head office functions. The client is open to experience gained across a corporate setting including manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, energy, retail, pharmaceutical, IT & Technology. This is a fast paced and highly commercial business and you will need to be able to demonstrate being able to work at pace and with a strong consultative and strategic approach to Business Partnering.
The company operates a flexible working policy and you would be expected to be in the office for 2-3 days/week.
