A global, boutique management consulting firm are looking for a HR Manager to run and lead their HR function for the UK business. Reporting into the HR Director and working closely with the UK Partners, you will manage a HR Advisor and work in a small and collaborative team dedictated to providing HR advice to around 100 employees.
Your role and responsibility will include:
- Business Partnering & stakeholder engagement
- All HR generalist activity
- Performance & Talent
- HR projects
- At least 4 years' experience in a HR Business Partner role
- Experience in consulting is highly desirable, and professional services experience is essential.
- Ability to build strong relationships & influence
- Proven experience of success in fast-paced and challenging environments
Hybrid working is on offer and salary up to £75k + bonus
