We are delighted to be supporting this very progressive, innovative and forward thinking Bristol based Engineering client who are looking for an HR Business Partner.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will align strategically to the senior leadership team with hands-on operational responsibility within a business that is seeing rapid growth. While supporting with shaping the People Agenda and its delivery you will be involved across a broad range of projects and programmes including: talent management & development, succession planning & performance, policy and process improvements, leadership development and coaching.
This will suit someone with existing HR Business Partnering experience gained within technology, engineering or a similar industry sector. This might be a high performing SME or a larger corporate where are you looking to have more impact and visibility across an entire business. This is a hi-tech organisation that is experiencing significant investment and growth, you will need to have proven ability of thriving in a fast paced environment and understanding of drivers surrounding people decisions.
You will need to be able to access central Bristol but the company does have a flexible working policy and you will only be required to be in the office a maximum of 1-2 days/week.
