My client is an iconic and international fast moving consumer goods brand. After undergoing exciting acquisitions consisting of new and innovative product solutions and post-acquisition of a traditional well-known competitor. They are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner to join the HR team and work within the supply chain side of their business.
As HR Business Partner you will support multiple sites and their employees driving the people strategy and independently providing insight into process and systems change. A hands on role you will be pivotal to ensuring a seamless HR offering across your client group and connecting to the wider business agenda. Within this role you will have the opportunity to get involved in wider HR projects including business transformation, harmonising HR process, implementing SAP and wider organisational design. Whilst working with the HR Director of both the UK and EMEA on business critical HR such as performance management, career development, ways of working, and engagement.
A driven and commercial company they are seeking an individual with business partnering experience having worked in a similar environment across supply chain, consumer goods, business to business. You will have a hands on approach supporting on full cycle HR with the ability to quickly secure relationships with your stakeholders. You will be able to evidence your experience with change management whilst working in a fast paced and ambitious environment. This role will allow you to have a real influence in the functionality of the company and continue to shape a best in class HR function.
