Act as key contact for all recruitment requests within the client group. Development of clear recruitment plans with recruiting line managers taking into consideration internal talent development. Management of job offers in conjunction with the reward team to ensure market competitveness.
Partner with the operations team to ensure the offer process, paperwork, on-boarding and induction are streamlined.
Coach and Support line managers with the delivery of their 6 monthly Performance Development Plans
Assist and coach line managers through performance improvement cases
Assist and coach line managers through Employee Relations matters such as, flexible working, disciplinaries, grievances.
Provide support with off-boarding, including administration and exit data
Lead local talent reviews alongside Directors/Heads of Department, identifying High Potentials and developing action plans to support career development, secession planning and coordination of internal moves.
Work with Heads of Dept and Capability Leads to review Performance Development Plans and identify development & training needs
Develop and execute learning and development plan in line with 70/20/10 principles
Facilitate Performance Development Plans, Career Development and training sessions
Manage the annual salary review and bonus process for group functions
- Act as first point of contact for all day to day queries, ensuring clear advice and guidance is provided in a timely manner. Work with the HR Centre to deliver any contract changes, flexible working arrangements, in a timely professional manner
