Are you an experienced HR Generalist with a background working in the professional services or real estate industry? My client specialises in the commercial real estate and is looking for a hands on HR Business Partner to support the growing business. The organisation is focusing on building out the impact of the HR Services and therefore wants a true HR Business Partner to support the Head of HR BP's.
Operating as a small company generalist, these roles will own everything including employee relations, recruitment, employee engagement as well as various HR Projects. As a business the aim is to drive HR Process Improvement across the firm and so these roles will work closely with the commercial leadership. This means that ideally the right candidate will have experience working within a partnership model and an ability to deliver operational HR needs to the teams.
Learning & Development is outsourced, however the HR Business Partner will still be expected to deliver on Diversity & Inclusion and leadership modules across the group. Ultimately this is an initial 6 month FTC due to moving parts and development of the HR team, reporting into the Head of HR Business Partnering.
