Purpose:
Advise and coach managers to drive workforce performance, providing front line support in the areas of talent, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and change management. Deliver HR strategy, initiatives and programs to the organization.

Key activities/responsibilities:

  • Support Managers in regards to HR requests and coaching on performance management and other talent issues
  • Manage and coordinate HR service delivery to ensure risk and compliance and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with People Services to deploy processes and services that are required to be executed in line with CoE standards. For example: payroll and benefits, local development and training, recruitment and onboarding, performance and compensation reviews
  • Facilitate HR communications and reporting
  • Provide feedback on HR policies, processes and programs to the Head of HR, People Services and CoEs
  • Partner with directors and managers from the Business
