This is a generalist job looking after a tech and digital client group as well as sales and group functions. Its a small headcount - under 300 and the business if growing.
As well as the cyclical HR work, you will also be building and creating new processes, policies and talent development initiatives along with their US office. The client group is very expert, hard working but also in demand so you will measure engagement and deliver strategies that will support the high performance culture and retain top talent.
The role reports into a HR Director. You would be the operational HR Manager/Business Partner. The role have strategic elements but this is about making the HR interventions work.
