Are you an HR Analyst or MI Professional looking for your next challenge? Our client, a global financial services firm, are recruiting an HR Analyst to join their Operations team in London. You'll support the business in turning their HR data into valued insights to inform business decisions throughout HR & Reward, manage the streamlining and automation of data processes throughout HR & Finance, and be responsible for data uploads and maintenance to their suite of HR systems.
This will include reporting on headcount, performance and recruitment metrics and you will present reports to the Board. The business is also highly acquisitive and you will take part in data cleansing and harmonisation projects as they acquire new businesses and implement new systems. The HR Director is building out a Centre of Excellence in HR Operations and the function will only grow in importance in the coming months.
Your previous experience of analysing HR Data in Excel and supporting on the maintenance of HR Systems will enable you to hit the ground running. You will have managed an MI function or processes previously and be able to convert data into valuable insights utilising Excel. You will ensure all data processes are optimised, through automation or the creation of tools & dashboards in Excel. You will have demonstrable experience working within HR in an analytics role, and you will have advanced Excel skills. Experience of managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment will enable you to make the role a success.
