Our client is an International Law Firm with long established presence in Hong Kong.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be managing end-to-end HR activities from on-boarding all the way up to off-boarding. The HR Advisor will manage the recruitment via both direct channels and managing vendors; working closely with the management team managing the performance management practices; being the point of contact for any HR-related and ER-related matter. You will also be responsible for HR projects such Wellness, Culture, Succession Planning, and Annual Surveys. This position serves as a consultant to the business on all human resource-related issues.
The successful applicant
Ideally, you should have at least 3+ years of progressive HR experience having mastered the full end to end employee life cycle, operations and more recently have been managing business stakeholders. Given the individuals that you will be exposed to, strong interpersonal and communication skills is necessary in order to network and influence with the senior stakeholders. The individual should be equipped with the knowledge of local employment laws. Mandarin (basic level) is essential.
