I am currently working with a leading Global law firm who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their HR team in their London offices. They are looking for an individual who can be a team player and contribute to the success of the HR team. They have a long history of being an international firm, so they are perfectly placed to help their clients resolve complex issues wherever they may be.
The successful candidate will be assisting the drafting of business cases for hiring requests, recruitment and induction duties, handling employee relations, focusing on performance management and mobility whilst taking on operational responsibilities.
You will be tasked with helping the firm translate their business strategy, be responsible for advising on and managing key human resources processes and supporting the EMEA HR Manager and HR Specialists in the delivery of HR services. You will work alongside a team of 3 Advisors, each with responsibility for several specific client groups and therefore you will provide support on day-to-day people matters. You will be helping to drive forward the global and regional people agenda through participating in various HR projects
A CIPD qualification is advantageous, and previous professional services experience from a global law firm is preferred.
