Exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who is looking to take on an 8 week temporary contract.
This role will see you provide first level advisory support on a range of queries related to workplace relations, EBA interpretation, rostering, attendance and absenteeism.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Be a trusted advisor to the business
- Establish strong partnerships with Line Managers and provide required support to assist with the resolution of workplace relations matters
- Generation of contracts
- Provide administration support and coverage
- Assist in conducting performance investigations and behavioural discussions
As an experienced HR Advisor, you will have a proactive and collaborative approach and exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise demanding workflow. Degree qualified in Human Resources and previous experience within the retail industry will be highly regarded.
