HR Administrator - London
Are you looking to expand your HR experience in a reputable Financial Services firm with global reach?
We have an exciting opportunity for a competent HR Administrator who would thrive in a busy and fast paced HR role. You will be working closely with the HR Team providing crucial administrative support to the business across various HR initiatives.
As part of the HR team you will need to have excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to work in a busy and changing environment with accuracy and efficiency. The correct candidate will be given a high level of autonomy and so the ability to work under your own initiative is paramount. Experience using Microsoft Office packages and a demonstrable ability to work in a highly organised manner is crucial.
The successful candidate must have good Financial Services experience in an HR capacity and ideally have worked in a small and nimble HR team where daily tasks and business needs change quickly. A degree is also highly desirable.
