We are proud to be partnering with a leading American Law firm on a search for the newly created position of

HR Administrator (m/w/d)

The firm currently boasts almost 800 lawyers spread across 12 offices in Europe, the United States, Latin America and Asia. In Germany, they continue to develop and grow their offering, which has directly led to the need to create this position to better service their business from an holistic HR perspective. This role would be a fantastic step into an exciting and evolving legal business, with the responsibility for managing end-to-end HR Administration for the German business, working closely with the wider HR team.

What your tasks will be

  • Coordination of onboarding and offboarding of new colleagues
  • Preparation of contracts, certificates and attestations
  • Maintenance of personnel files and master data in our HR system Workday
  • Preparatory payroll accounting and cooperation with our payroll provider
  • Administrative support for all HR topics in day-to-day business
  • Support in HR projects (e.g. revision of our contracts, implementation of new Workday modules)

What experience you bring

  • Completed training as a personnel clerk or comparable training; initial professional experience in the professional services environment an advantage
  • First experience in HR administration and operations
  • High degree of responsibility, social competence, reliability & discretion
  • Confident use of MS Office tools as well as very good written and spoken German and English skills
