Our client is a global technology firm looking to expand their HR team with a unique opportunity.
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist who also has a background in completing a detailed end-to-end review of resourcing and onboarding processes with a focus on continuous improvement. This is a new individual contributor position which has been created to invest in a strategic review of the TA function.
Your role will also involve managing broader regional TA projects and programmes such as; internal mobility, D&I, employer branding and executing the EVP building a best in class TA function. You will also be the "go to" across the region for TA Ops and Data analytics, keeping strong governance and control around headcount reporting as well as metrics and be able to provide and share insights related to all things Talent Acquisition.
You will partner closely with the global TA Lead counterparts as well as the business heads and HR CoE's in the region to drive all TA Programmes, as well as managing a small number of entry- mid level hires annually within Singapore, with the TA Projects and Ops taking priority.
To be successful in the role:
You will be an accomplished Regional Talent Acquisition Projects & Ops Specialist, with a track record operating as part of a lean global Fintech, FS or Tech organisation.
