The transformation will be key in enhancing the capability, talent, technology, and processes in the HR function and how it interacts with the business. The investment in its people and development of the Human Resources team will coincide with continued growth of the business globally.

The Role

The Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding position is integral in the continued attraction and development of talent into the organisation. You will also be tasked with developing the EVP and communication of the brand internally and externally using innovative strategies.

This newly appointed individual will lead a large team of recruiters in growing a proactive pipeline for all verticals of talent acquisition and create strategic partnerships globally with reputable institutions and companies.

As well as developing the talent acquisition strategy for the organisation you will also lead Executive level recruitment across the business.

Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Development and delivery of TA analytics and competitive intelligence and insights.
  • Champion the development and implementation of effective on-boarding processes and programs to ensure the smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Define Talent Acquisition technology needs globally and partner with wider HR team to develop innovative vendor partnerships.
  • Partner with the HRBPs in identifying leadership gaps for proactive talent acquisition

The Criteria

To be considered for this role you will have led a Talent Acquisition function for a multinational company using progressive and sophisticated recruitment strategies, tools, and methodology.

The successful profile will be an accomplished recruiter at Executive level with a demonstrable history of developing employer branding using social media, digital tools, and systems.

Preferably, you have an MA/MBA with specialization in HR or undergraduate degree with recognised post-graduate HR professional qualification (eg CIPD/SHRM).
