The firm's ideal hire will have a comprehensive knowledge of Compensation and global work in the US and Europe, along with well-developed professional interpersonal skills, and strong client service and communication skills (written and verbal). Suited candidates will have solid benefits and project management experience, along with experience managing and developing a team. A proven leader within a professional services firm (similar industry is preferred), superior time management and organizational skills and the ability to partner and influence across Human Resources staff to senior-level personnel are essential.
The role can sit one day a week either in NYC or New Haven, CT post covid.
