I am partnering with a National Professional Services firm based in the West End who are looking to attract a Head of Recruitment in a newly created role reporting in to the HR Director.

Working as part of a collaborative, friendly and dynamic HR team, you will have full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle.

This role will have the benefit of working in a team, and have autonomy.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Business partnering and working with the senior leadership team on talent priorities
  • Filling critical business needs
  • Designing sourcing techniques
  • Building relationships with external vendors
  • Creating an attractive employer brand and EVP

Skills required:

  • Ideally you will have experience in recruiting in tax/accounting industry or have a background in recruiting across professional services
  • Be able to work in the office 2/3 days per week
  • Passionate, ambitious and enjoy recruiting!

Salary up to £75k + bonus + benefits
