An exciting and innovative London based biotech and life sciences start-up is looking for a Head of HR join their fast-growing team on a part-time basis. The business has experienced significant growth and investment the past 12 months and is looking for a Head of HR who can partner with the CEO and leadership to build the people strategy and also operationally manage HR across the business whilst overseeing a small HR team.
The Head of HR will be responsible for developing and managing the HR team which consists of talent acquisition, L&D and administrative support, reviewing and developing HR processes and procedures, identifying improvements to HR infrastructure, partnering and coaching leadership through employee relations, performance and development issues, working with all levels of the organisation to further develop the culture, embed values and promote wellbeing, support leadership in commercial decision making from a people perspective and assist with business strategy and provide expert guidance in relation to employment law and HR compliance.
