A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of HR to join a scaling non-profit organisation on a part time basis. The organisation focuses on supporting educational and welfare causes through grant-making and investment and they are looking for someone who can be passionate about their mission and develop their internal people development and engagement.
The Head of HR will act in a standalone capacity with some external resource and will be responsible for managing a full generalist remit. Alongside HR Operational responsibilities key strategic focuses will include talent management and succession planning, renumeration strategy, developing talent acquisition infrastructure and implementing employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Candidates must have experience in a generalist role and be comfortable leading HR in standalone position for a small company with lots of exposure to leadership. The role is being offered on a part time basis (2-3 days a week) and will offer flexible working from home and office hours.
