I am excited to be working with an iconic, premium and special retail business based in London with an international reach to appoint their Head of HR.
As Head of HR, you will lead on all HR operations and strategic delivery of a best-in-class HR department. You will develop and lead on a new people strategy covering key areas across all HR generalist remits, including employee engagement, recruitment, policy and procedure and wider reward and benefits and oversight of Payroll. As the most senior HR professional, you will report to the CEO and manage a team of 3 supporting a dynamic and successful workforce.
A full HR generalist you will partner with the senior leadership team to create and implement a people strategy to incorporate all elements of HR inc. recruitment, L&D, employee wellbeing, D&I and employee relations. You will have overall accountability for all HR policy and procedure, and oversee payroll management including the maintenance of the external bureau relationship. You will create a performance management strategy to continue the development and successes of the workforce equally to manage performance effectively with continued support and guidance to senior stakeholders. You will have accountability of the HR and L&D budget for the business.
To be successful in his position you will be an experienced senior level HR professional already at HR Manager, Head of HR or Senior HRBP level. You will be used to working in a fast paced and vibrant business ideally across multi-sited retail or FMCG environment. You will be a strong HR generalist covering all areas of HR including organisational design and managing change with culture in mind! You will be able to demonstrate your ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and coach, support and advise on work with their teams. You are the first point of call for HR at senior level so you must have excellent employment law experience.
You must hold a CIPD or degree equivalent.
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
