Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead, mentor and develop a team of 4 direct reports. In this role you will create benefits philosophy and guiding principles in accordance with company strategy for an organization in hyper growth mode looking to double in size. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive benefits experience and be a highly creative, entrepreneurial thinker with a background managing teams & building credibility with senior business stakeholders.
