With their strong global network, outstanding results and consistent growth, Frazer Jones is instructed on this retained search for a Group Talent Acquisition Director to lead the Talent Acquisition function and be an advisor to the Board.

Job Description

Reporting through to the CHRO, you will be apart of the management team in driving and spearheading all aspects of talent acquisition activities across the organisation. You will work very closely with the business leaders and will play a critical role in developing and implementing the talent acquisition strategy for the organization. You will also be directing and managing the Group's Talent Acquisition team across the region. Furthermore, you will partner with business leaders to identify and fill executive talent gaps. As a Talent acquisition leader, you will be developing new recruitment strategies and roadmaps that are align with the company's objectives and business plans.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a proven Talent Acquisition leader with executive presence and astute commercial mind and the ability to effectively partner with HR, Business Leaders and Vendors. APAC experience and Mandarin language is compulsory due to heavy emphasis in the China market. Work experience in a large scale (>15,000 workforce), highly matrixed international work environment is a must. You will possess extensive managerial experience and the ability to communicate complex principles effectively at all levels within the organization. This role would suit an individual who thrives in a fast paced, results driven environment and who works well in time critical situations. Prior or current working experience in Singapore is mandatory.
