We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Talent Acquisition Systems Manager on a permanent basis. The position is open to multiple locations in Europe or the UK with the option for home working.

As the Global Talent Acquisition Systems Manager, you will be the product owner for all Talent Acquisition Systems Globally providing expertise, training and solution design across the function. Additionally, you will take ownership for the design and roll out of new technology platforms and tools that will enhance the candidate journey and ensure a best in class experience.
You will be a passionate talent acquisition specialist with deep expertise in recruiting technologies having lead ATS or other recruiting platform implementation projects.
You will have expertise in best in class recruiting technologies.
You will have experience as the functional lead or product owner for talent acquisition systems and expertise in configuration as well as process design.
You will bring a solutions driven approach and experience working in a global matrix environment.
You will be an effective communicator with the ability to explain complex topics.
