We have an exciting opportunity with an Italo-International business, with operations in all 5 continents, looking to hire their first Global Rewards & Organization Manager to setup the function.

They are urgently recruiting a Global Rewards & Organization Manager/Senior Manager to join their Milan HQ and partner with the newly appointed CPO, board and Directors, as well as the wider HR team, in structuring (from scratch) the reward function for the global business.

This family owned business, having just changed the board of directors and hired a extremely energetic and people-first CPO, is now looking to better structure their HR function to accomodate for a change in business model, M&As across the regions, as well as fully evolving the work and people mindset throughout the company.

As the company will be going through significant transformation and growth, you will need to challenge the business with new ideas and offer creative solutions to complex issues, while investing in developing and evolving long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a pragmatic people-minded Rewards with a strong business partner approach and stakeholder management capabilities with the idea of developing the function in the business as they will expand via several international M&As.

You will act as the right hand of the CPO relating to the design and implementation of brand new Reward & Organization Policies, as well as the point of contact and subject matter expert on International Remuneration and Organization Design.

To qualify for this role you must come from a complex, matrix-structured business, have over 7 years of Rewards Experience - including hands-on experience designing and implementing from scratch new Reward policies in a complex and structured business, and some experience in Organization Design - have full fluency of both Italian and English, and have the required mental agility and flexibility to perform in a demanding business going through substantial change, growth and expansion.
