In their progressive mindset of "Employer of Choice", we are recruiting for a high calibre HR professional to partner Global HR teams to creatively conceptualise and execute high level Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing campaigns across their global markets.

Job Description

Reporting to the Global Talent Director and managing a team of specialists, the Global Lead for Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing will act as a trusted partner to the Senior and HR leadership team to design creative employer branding and/or recruitment marketing initiatives and campaigns to support their high growth.

The Global Lead for Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing will lead the creation and ownership of global multi-channel campaigns across key markets, support the localization of programmes in specific locations, and provide market insights and analysis to expand the company's online and/or social media presence.

As part of the business strategy to develop readiness of future talents and leaders, the Global Lead for Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing will oversee campus recruitment strategies, including collaboration with universities, apprenticeship or similar.

The Successful Candidate

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 10 years of Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing experience, preferably with a high growth and technology related industries. You have a proven track record and broad experience in employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing programmes, catered to different markets globally. You possess strong analytical skills and creative acumen to build and design relevant campaigns to drive employer branding and/or awareness to different target audience.

You have outstanding communication and influencing skills to support and advise senior leadership. You are able to multi-task and prioritizing projects and/or timelines. You are a team player who lead by example and act as a strong coach/mentor to the team.
