We now have an outstanding opportunity for a high profile Senior Director or Director, Global HR Business Partner for a global multinational business in the industrial sector in Electronics and Electrical distribution. The business is truly global, with a substantial revenue and extensive engineering and manufacturing presence across North America, EMEA, Japan, China and SE Asia. This highly successful business is a significant leading player in its market.
The Global HR Business Partner will be a well-rounded senior HR Professional with a solid mix of global experiences gained by working across multiple geographies and partnering with senior business leaders with global remit. This is an Individual Contributor role that influences through his/her thought leadership in a heavily matrix organization - both within business as well as Global HR function. This role can either be based in the Zurich area or across Western Europe (ideally Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands or the UK as there is a strong presence across these locations) and remote working will be possible.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished Global/International HR Director ideally from a large and complex Industrial/Manufacturing company. S/he will be a seasoned professional with experience leading Global HR business partnering roles within a heavily matrix organizations. This role will have strong experience in driving transformation and turnaround within commercial functions through partnership with senior leaders with global remit and scope. The successful candidate will bring strong business and commercial acumen with expertise in Organization Design, Organization Effectiveness, Leadership Development and Strategic workforce planning.
An undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management with an MBA being highly desired.
