Our client, a private equity backed global education company with 1600 employees, is hiring a Compensation and HR Analytics Manager. This role will ideally be based in NYC, but our client is flexible to consider qualified candidates on a remote basis. There is limited infrastructure in place at the moment, but the manager will play a key role in building out the processes and systems across compensation, HR systems, and HR analytics under the direction of a Head of Total Rewards and the CHRO.
We're seeking candidates with 4+ years of well-developed compensation and HR systems/data management skills. There is currently a legacy HRIS in place which will be replaced in late 2022/early 2023, so that expertise in manipulating data via Excel will be critical for success. This Manager will run all of the compensation processes for the company globally covering corporate functions, faculty, non-faculty, and union staff. Experience in education/higher ed would be ideal, although not required, coupled with experience in other commercial sectors. Given the lack of infrastructure, the flexibility, creativity, and drive to build structure from scratch is a must for success in this role. Global experience or exposure is also required for success in this role, as you'll be supporting an employee population across 12 countries.
Our client is offering a competitive compensation package for this position. You'll be working with a highly energized and collaborative HR and executive leadership team.
