An international, award winning engineering and design consultancy are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Manager. The role could be based in London, Bristol or Surrey. Looking after strategic and operational benefits in EMEA and APAC, you'll work on a number of projects in addition to business as usual work and managing a small team. This is a maternity cover contract for 12 to 18 months and could give you the opportunity to add Global Benefits experience to your CV. Salary is flexible depending on location and experience, and the firm offers a comprehensive Benefits package.
You will help to introduce new benefits and renew existing ones across the globe, developing your international benefits knowledge. You will help to drive forward innovations in physical, mental and financial wellbeing, taking a holistic view of employee wellness. You will work on a number of crucial strategic and operational projects across Europe and Asia, ensuring the business are operating under best practice.
Previous experience of managing global benefits would be useful but is not essential, as long as you have delivered a number of projects in the UK Benefits space. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines. You will influence senior stakeholders and drive engagement across the business, so excellent communication skills will be essential.
