I am looking for an experienced talent Acquisition manager to join the firm reporting to the regional lead for technical and analytics who will support the business with successfully managing the entire recruitment process, identifying, attracting, and bringing tech talent to the business and manage the full life cycle recruiting until closing, working closely with hiring stakeholders, leaders and managers and other teams such as, not limited to, HR, Finance, Compensation etc.
In this role you will help attract talent with bold thinking and desire to have a significant impact in the business. Working on collaboration with the global talent acquisition teams, you will help create seamless experiences for global hiring managers and candidates.
As the Talent acquisition manager, you will be responsible for recruiting Tech talent across EMEA maintaining a candidate pipeline ensuring that you partner with key stakeholders to identify strategy and creative sources to identify hiring needs both in the immediate and long term. It would be your responsibility to understand changes in the market, implementing best practices procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting and interview process.
To be successful in this role it would be important to have analytics, digital or technical recruiting experience having worked within the professional services, technology or agency recruiting sector.
You would need to have excellent communication and presentation skills, using these to report and influence senior stakeholders and build relationships both internally and externally.
It would be beneficial to have experience working within a fast paced, multi time zones environment with the ability to manage several processes and requests, prioritising competing demands.
