A global financial services business are seeking an experienced Compensation professional to join their Group-level Reward team as an Executive Compensation Associate. This could be a great opportunity to gain exposure to the RemCo and develop your international Reward experience. This is a permanent role based in the City, and the firm are fully set up to recruit and onboard digitally.
You will have ownership of analysing data and drafting reports for several Remuneration Committee meetings every year, playing a key role in determining Executive Compensation for this global firm. You'll liaise with counterparts in the US and APAC and will provide reports to several global regulators, developing your international Reward experience. The firm has a fast-paced culture and you will work on a number of projects, including around governance and Share Plans, and no two days will be the same.
Your background in Compensation in financial services will allow you to have an immediate impact. Your experience could come from Executive Remuneration or a broader Compensation role. As you will be working closely with the RemCo and senior managers across the business, the firm will rely on your excellent relationship management skills.
