A leading global fintech business is in the market for an Employee Relations Specialist for an initial period of 6 months.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business in Manchester going through a period of change.
In this role you will become part of the EMEA Employee Relations Team as a primary point of contact for business leaders and HR business partners on matters relating to performance management, disciplinary, grievance, investigatory and redundancy.
- You will provide guidance to managers about performance management issues and conduct investigations for all complex and escalated issues, or those representing significant risk to the organisation.
- Partner with ER lead, Business Managers, Legal and HRBP's to provide resolutions for escalated or complex issues and concerns.
- You will develop and implement employee relations policies, procedures and guidelines, working with HR Policies and Compliance function, including discipline, grievances and complaints.
In order to be considered for this role you will need in-depth, end to end ER case management experience. As this team deal with a wide variety of EMEA ER casework you'll need to be comfortable rolling your sleeves up and managing everything from performance or absence management to complex case work and investigations. You could be an HR Generalist with ER strengths, or an ER Specialist but what is essential is your confidence, clear communication and measured approach. This is also a great opportunity for a UK focussed ER Specialist to expand across EMEA.
