I am delighted to work with an international Law Firm to recruit a permanent Employee Relations (ER) Business Partner based in Manchester. You will provide hands on support to the business whilst working to elevate the strategic development and direction of the ER function.
You will work closely with stakeholder to provide pragmatic support and advice whilst improving business performance by identifying areas for improvement and facilitating change initiatives. You will manage collective activities such as restructuring, reorganisations, consultations and TUPE. You will also manage claims, represent at Tribunal and the mange the implementation of any changes in legislation.
Due to the level of change and transformation happening across the firm, my client is looking for an Employee Relations Business Partner passionate about both personal and professional continuous development & improvement. We are looking to speak to Employee Relations Specialists who want to improve capabilities across the firm, identify training needs, propose new ideas and challenge ways of working.
