We are currently supporting a global player in the Tech Space in their appointment of their first Employee Experience Partner for France (Paris based).

As their Employee Experience Partner, you will partner with and as act as a consultant to people managers across the region (and beyond) to fuel the exceptional growth they have seen in the French market, while also creating an inclusive, positive and engaging employee experience, offering consistent HR advice on people matters, and directly affecting the life of ca. 200 employees in France.

In addition, you will partner directly with the Senior HRBP EMEA for the division (based in London) to support directly on the UK market (ca. 600 people), on top of owning the HR agenda for the French Startup.

We are looking for someone who can effectively partner with and act as the subject matter expert to people managers on a international scale, and undoubtedly influence the way the HR leads on:

  • Processes, Policies & Procedures
  • Trends and Hot Topics in the HR space
  • Tools and HR Tech

On top of the above, we are looking for someone with an undeniable passion for HR projects and initiatives, and with the desire and drive to project manage several high-impact activities aimed at reinventing the culture and branding of this extremely solid Tech Multinational.

To be a match for this amazing opportunity, you must have experience working within complex, heavily matrix-driven organizations, as well as being a solid 360 degree HR experience in France, and great knowledge of both French, as well as English.

Any additional European language will be considered a strong plus.
