We are recruiting a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager to manage the development, implementation and coordination of the firm's DEI priorities and strategies across the APAC region. This person will lead on positively influencing the diversity of the workforce and encouraging inclusive leadership across all of the business units. Your role will be responsible for tailoring the firm's global DE&I strategy to the region and you will partner with senior HR leadership to oversee and implement DEI priorities, coordinating regional efforts with HR and the business.
We are looking for proven experience of having executed and delivered a DE&I strategy to promote a culture of inclusion and diversity, as well as excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
