We're partnering with a highly successful TV and film production studio based in Greater Los Angeles in their efforts to hire a Director of Talent Acquisition. Despite the title, this is an individual contributor role that will have the support of a Researcher, and occasional contract recruiting help as volume picks up from time to time. This is a newly created role reporting into a the company's Head of Talent and HR, who is a great developer of people.

In this role, the Director will support 4 business units across TV and film production. Our client is seeking 5+ years of prior TV and film production industry experience. The average number of searches will be ~20, handling both Development roles as well as related support roles that align directly with Development. Knowledge of the various cultures and contacts across the TV and film production industry will be extremely helpful in identifying top talent for this rapidly growing company, which has very good retention rates. The ability to build solid working relationships with the business is critical for success in this role, as is the ability to negotiate complex offers and employment contracts for select talent. Our client is seeking candidates who can not only adeptly execute against an array of searches, but who can mature HR processes and infrastructure, supporting the implementation of Greenhouse and developing a suite of reports.

Our client offers a very competitive compensation package with great benefits and paid time off. This is a hybrid role which will sit onsite 2 days per week for now; 3 days per week come January 2022.
