Our client, a fast-paced technology firm in the drug development space, is looking for a dynamic Director of Benefits. In this role you will manage all offerings benefits related from the 401k committee through administration & management of all employee health and welfare programs, including medical, dental, vision, dependent and health care FSA, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance and other ancillary programs. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience in the benefits field managing high level strategic and complex situations yet hands-on with the day to day needs.
