Our client, a leading Financial Services firm with headquarters in New York City, is hiring a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Coordinator to join their team. This role will start remotely with an option to transition on-site this fall.
The DEI Coordinator will partner with HR stakeholders to drive Diversity and Inclusion initiatives across the organization. This role will offer exposure to talent and performance management, internal and external assessment projects, and the coordination and administrationof internal DEI trainings.
They must have a Bachelor's degree, a strong background in Diversity and Inclusion, and the ability to exercise discretion and excellent judgement given the sensitive nature of the role.
