- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Administrate the ATS and relevant job platforms.
- Support and partner with the Recruitment Lead Europe, HR team Europe and hiring managers on all aspects of recruitment and ongoing recruitment projects.
- Keep the recruitment and HR files up to date.
- Around 2-3 years of experience of full-cycle recruitment.
- Fluent in English.
- Flexible mentality, can-do attitude and ability to adapt to change quickly.
