Our client, providing a luxury brand shopping experience, is currently hiring their US HR Manager to be based in New York. We are looking for a strong HR Manager able to assist the President in further accelerating the development of the organization in the US. This will be inclusive of Human Resources, Office Administration and Accounting topics.
Reporting to the President of North America you will be the main point of contact for TA topics as well as coordinating the hiring process and the onboarding of new employees. You will also be the main POC for local employees in regard to HR matters, manage travel bookings and manage local finance related topics such as tax, accounting and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced and ever-evolving environment with excellent communication skills as well as being highly organized with great attention to detail. The position requires presence in the NYC office 2 to 3 days per week to engage with leaders and local employees.
