About the Company
A leader in the industry - local group. They are looking for a top-notch Compensation and Benefits Specialist to be part of their team.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be working closely with the COE and the HRBP team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This person will help execute the compensation and benefits/total rewards strategy across Singapore and manage all day to day and operational activity. A visible role where you will partner with the business and help transform salary and reward to ensure the company remains competitive. Strong stakeholder management is a must.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage annual employee benefits and insurance plans, perform annual salary benchmarking, manage claims and support the Head of HR on annual budgeting, accruals and audit requirements.
Performance Management: Advise and support managers in performance related issues, initiate annual goal setting process to managers as well and annual company-wide performance appraisal.
The Successful Applicant
You should be an all-rounder with at least 7 years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. The Head of HR believes in empowering his team member and entrust the person to take ownership of his/her portfolio. This person will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with business leaders and managers.
Essential: Candidate must come with experience working in a state-owned enterprise - with COE structure. Able to work independently.
