Our client, an exciting global consumer goods company, is currently looking for an experienced
Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/f/d) to be based in the Heidelberg region.
Tasks
Planning, implementing and improving regional reward processes such as the annual salary review and the bonus and incentive programme
Development and implementation of C&B policies, including international job structuring, salary bands, benefits and other standardised and modern programmes and initiatives
Preparation of analyses, reports and presentations for top management
Continuous improvement of current C&B practices and processes and suggestions for future development based on current market trends
Further development of the current job grading and the corresponding remuneration methods
Participation in international remuneration studies, conducting salary benchmarks and reviewing salary bands
Coordination and alignment with various internal and external parties
Requirements
Business studies with several years of work experience in a comparable C&B role
Experience in the field of job grading and in the implementation of bonus and incentive programmes is a plus
Experience with Excel is absolutely necessary
Excellent German and English language skills
