This position is fully remote. Initial presence in the office would be required for team building. From there on it will become occasional visits to the office, rather than a fixed schedule.

This position would report directly to the HR Operations Lead in the Netherlands. You are considered an expert and could play a role in being responsible for developing a modern and competitive employment conditions policy, ensuring relevant benchmarks, and proactively manage the application of the policy. In this position you would play an active role in attracting, motivating, and retaining employees in the organization.
