We're working with an entertainment industry client in their efforts to hire a Compensation Analyst. This is an individual contributor role that reports into a Compensation Lead, but requires functional expertise across all aspects of compensation analysis and administration, with the ability to manage and support projects. This role will directly support ~1700 employees globally (Americas, EMEA, APAC) in all aspects of compensation analysis and administration, with potential exposure to executive compensation. This individual will also provide compensation guidance and governance advice to business unit leaders for another 10-12,000 employees across a portfolio of affiliated companies.
Our client is seeking candidates with 1-2+ years of experience in compensation analysis and advisement. The ideal candidate will have supported a global population with depth across broad-based compensation, and ideally some exposure to equity and executive compensation. This role requires solid experience with Excel (i.e. VLookUps, Pivot Tables). Well-developed interpersonal and relationship management skills are critical for success as this individual will have a high degree of visibility to the business and will need to develop credible working relationships with the HR business partners across the company. This individual will manage all aspects of compensation end-to-end from the survey process and benchmarking, to day-to-day inquiries, leveling of new roles, and management of the yearend compensation process in partnership with the business and the HR business partners. There will also be a number of projects in which this individual will be involved, such as a pay equity study. There are a number of affiliated business units that will reach out to this individual and the compensation team to ensure harmonization of compensation practices and for general advice and guidance.
