Our client, a global financial services organisation, are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their growing Reward team. Based in stunning offices, in a prime location in the City, this is an exciting and career-enhancing opportunity for a Reward Analyst who wants to gain exposure to the Financial Services sector for a global business, or for a Reward Analyst based in a client-facing role who is looking to move in-house.
You will support the Reward team on the effective delivery of their year-end processes, including the annual salary and bonus review as well as supporting with the design and implementation of a new annual pay review system. You will undertake salary budget modelling, performance rating distribution and projected bonus spend. You will also support the Compensation Manager on ensuring the firm are compliant with regulatory requirements. In addition, you will support the Compensation Manager and the wider HR team on a range of HR projects & initiatives, as well as broader analytics and reporting.
You will be passionate about data analytics, highly numerical and results oriented. You will be able to work in a fast paced and client focused environment. You will have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. Your Excel capabilities will be advanced and you will have demonstrable prior Reward &/or Compensation Analytics experience. You will have previously worked in a large, complex organisation and preferably within Financial Services. Prior systems & reporting experience are essential for this role.
