Our client, a leading global banking institution, is looking for several Campus Recruiters to internship and first year hiring at the undergraduate and graduate levels into their Global Markets and Investment Banking business units.
The Campus Recruiter will have responsibility for all aspects of the campus hiring program, working with business leadership to develop the campus recruiting strategy and will be responsible for ensuring a robust, diverse pipeline of talent from a variety of campus initiatives. You'll plan a variety of engaging campus events, working with the business to coordinate representative employee participation in campus recruiting efforts. You will run the final round interview process and facilitate offer decision making meetings. You will stay in close proximity with the interns and first year associates from the point of offer through their employee onboarding, while also supporting elements of their class programs.
Our client is seeking 2+ years of experience of campus recruiting experience gained within the financial services sector, ideally Global Markets.
