We are partnering exclusively with a global bank on a new Benefits specialist position for Singapore. Due to ongoing investment into the HR Services & Reward function, a new role has been created to work as part of the HR Services team, with an initial focus on benefits specifically. Reporting into the Head of HR Operations, this person will help consult, manage, advise and support the Singapore office regarding complex benefits enquiries, working closely with external vendors. This is a visible role where you will partner with the business (all levels of stakeholders) and help transform the benefits offering to ensure the company remains competitive. You will also work closely with the broader Rewards team to support Reward & Benefits projects (such as benefits reviews, benefits governance, benefits training & communications, reporting) in a complex global matrix structure.
You will be an accomplished Benefits and/or Rewards Specialist looking to join a fast-paced and collaborative organisation to further grow their career with a highly desirable organisation. Strong stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills are a must. Financial Services or Professional Services experience within a global organisation is beneficial (not required).
